I created this recipe the other day because I have been craving pumpkin pie flavor non stop and I figured why not incorporate the seasonal flavor into my post-workout protein shake. It tastes so yummy by the way!
2 heaping TBS of hemp powder (I like the Navita's Naturals)
1 TBS raw maca powder
1 TBS pumpkin pie spice
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup hemp
milk
1/2 cup coconut water (regular water will do)
add agave nectar or stevia to desired sweetness
Directions: combine all ingredients in blender and blend. Enjoy!
