Reminds me of a delicious summertime southern lemonade, the one where Auntie would chop in lots of fresh fruit … only better,
I had to stop myself from drinking my husband’s portion.

2 ripe kiwis – washed, hard part removed, otherwise skin left on
1 small ripe banana
1 small ripe pear
1 – 1.5 cups of raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 small handful of curley
parsley, stems left on
1 small to medium organic lemon, yellow part of skin removed – keep the white, and deseed
1 whole medium head of butter lettuce washed with bitter parts removed
Optional: 2-3 T raw agave, or 2 soaked medjool
dates
1.5 cups of clean water – to desired thickness
Add all ingredients to a large carafe blender, blend on high 30-60 seconds – till done – can add 4 ice cubes in place of 0.5 cup of water. In my k-tec (smaller carafe)I slowly added the lettuce in portions until all incorporated, and then blended on high for another 45 sec
