1/2 pie pumpkin (or 1/4, depending on how big the pumpkin)
flesh of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 garlic clove (or less)
1 teaspoon
tahini
2-4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
cracked pepper (optional)
1/4 cup or more water, just to turn it over in the vitamix
Preparation:
Blend all in vitamix, adding enough water to turn over, but not enough to make it runny.
Really good in a wrap, or maybe with raw chips....
