Tasty, healthy green coloured bars perfect for a pre or post workout snack
8 pitted Prunes
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or other raw nut butter)
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Handfull Almonds
(chopped)
1 Handful Raw Oats
1 Handful Gogi Berries
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
3 Tbsp Greens Plus Powder (any green food powder)
1
Tbsp Maca Root Powder
2 Tbsp Pure Cranberry Juice
Mash prunes, nut butter and agave nectar into a sticky paste with a fork in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients mixing well with each addition. Pour mix onto a foil lined baking sheet and press as thin as desired for bars. I baked this in my toaster oven at 150 degrees, opening the door occasionally to let some heat out as to not "cook" the food. If you have a Dehydrator that would work even better. Dehydrate untill desired consistency. Enjoy!
