I keep reading about people on raw eating tons of fruit.. I love fruit and eat only fruit everyday, for veggies I have mushroom, tomatoe and parsley. Ive been eating 6-8 pounds of grapes a day including mabey sometimes cherries. Will I gain weight by eating all those grapes, Im sort of confused . Is this too much or do I actually have to add in more different foods? I read that eating just fruit all day or whatever will make you gain weight, is this true. I dont want to gain:/
