1 cups dried apricots
4 cups orange juice
1/3 cup raisins
1 ripe pears
cinnamon, to taste
soak apricots in enough orange juice to cover over night.
soak raisins in orange juice over night.
keep both in refrigerator.
blend apricots (not the raisins) in the orange juice.
add the raisins and chopped pears.
mix well and serve with a dash of cinnamon, to taste.
