a fantastic meld of rainbow phytonutrients that not only looks great but tastes great together!
red cabbage, chopped finely
green cabbage, chopped finely
yellow squash, young/soft is best...finely chopped
basil, minced
tomato, just enough to add the reds
phytonutrients
dried cranberries, bunches...yum!
granny smith apple, peeled/cored and chopped into small chunks
raisins, lots!
red grapes, ok, you can use green
but i liked using red!
almonds, soaked overnight and then finely chopped
garden fresh peas, shelled right out of the garden!
mango, moving to hawaii going to eat me lots of
mango!
blueberries, for the blue phytonutrients of course!
dash orange juice, freshly squeezed
need i say all ingredients are organic! this ensures not only your health but the best possible flavor…especially when the squash, peas, basil and tomato comes right out of your very own garden!
prepare all ingredients as outlined, toss in a large bowl and splash the orange juice on top. this also goes great with my favorite UNITY dressing (i’ll post this as well).
this combination makes for a tasty rainbow phytonutrient meal! share with a loved one :)
