I'm now on detox (after Christmas' abuses...) and I WANTED to eat that so delicious carrot and caramel raw cake in the fridge... So I decided to create a caramel Green Smoothie to undergo that craving! My husband, who loves smoothies, (but not the greens ones!) told me, after tasting: "Oh... you can make me THAT kind of green smoothie..." Victory!
about 4-6 frozen bananas (start with 4 as you may add more after if you want it sweeter)
3-4 little bunches of fresh spinachs
1-2 dates
1/4 teaspoon ground vanilla
bean
2-3 tablesppon lucuma powder
1/4 teaspoon nama shoyu (essential, with lucuma, to caramel taste!)
fresh almond milk, to consistensy (start with 1/2 cup and slowly increase)
Put all in your blender and Yum!
I know, it is really sweet, but it can open the heart of the green smoothie' unfamilliar, as it actually taste like butterscotch pudding!
