a detoxifying dinner recipe by Kate Wood in her book "Eat Smart Eat Raw".
try spread on a portobello mushroom that has been splashed with lemon juice and topped with a tomato slice or stuff into red bell peppers sliced in half lengthwise on a bed of sprouts
there are many more recipes in her book- i have only posted my favorites. buy the book- it's pretty rad.
1 large avocado
1 large tomato
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
1 tsp kelp
1/2 red chili
1 tbsp tamari
juice of 1 lemon
1.roughly chop the avocado and tomato.
2. blend everything except the tamari and lemon juice in a food processor.
3. when you have no lumps left add tamari and lemon juice and process for another minute until the mixture starts to thicken.
