Hi, i've been eating 50- 60% raw for a while now, and i drink a lot of fruit/ veggies smoothies. i love my smoothies but whenever i drink them i notice i get a lot of gas for the rest of the day, so much so that it becomes bothersome. just wondering if its just me or does anyone else have this problem? and does anyone know why this happens or how to solve it so i can start drinking smoothies again? thanksssss!
