Ingredients:
1 large banana
8 ounce any flavor of GT's Raw Kombucha
Preparation:
Blend bananas to a dream with a small amount of water. Pour the cream in a glass and stir in the kombucha. Do not place the kombucha in the blender because you do not want to break the strands of culture. For added nutrition you can add a teaspoon of maca or mesquite powder. If you want a chocolate flavor add some cacao or carob powder. Enjoy and your stomach will thank you :)
