I have heard of almond milk, sunflower milk, cashew milk, but what about the poor pistachios. Give these bad boys a go for some delicious milk!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw pistachios
3 cup filtered water
1 soaked dates (optional)
Preparation:
Place the pistachios in a coffee grinder and grind them up into a powder. Pour the water and then add the pistachio powder and soaked dates(don’t forget to remove the pits!) And thats it. The milk lasts about 3 days in the fridge.
