Chunky nutty and … caroby :) Good for breakfast, or for me,lunch or dinner. All you need to make this is a fork and spoon.
2 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
¾ cup almonds
grind the seeds and almonds in a coffee grinder until they have turned into a powder.Mash the bananas in large bowl and then add the carob and seed and nut mix. thats it! You could add some coconut oil to make it richer.
