A wonderful “get you going” salsa for breakfast or anytime.
1 Grapefruit, Remove chunks
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced in small pieces
2 Limes, Squeeze juice
1 Jalapeno, diced into small pieces
Remove grapefruits chucks from 1 Large grapefruit, chop up 1/2 to 1 medium red bell pepper, squeeze juice from 1 – 2 limes, and add 1/2 to 1 chopped up jalapeno pepper (depending on how spicy you like it) and ENJOY! Can be eaten along or with some corn chips….I’m off to have some now!
