This recipe reminds me a little bit of “dolce de lecce” from Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream.
1 cup raw cashew
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 orange juice
Blend it on the vitamix,or you could put it on a food processor.
It goes to the freezer for about 1 hour. It is very soft,and I really love it !!!
(you can put less maple syrup if you like,look for the soft consistency. )
