This is a recipe that I got of the Raw family’s web site. Its awesome First u start with a fairly large butternut squash then u peel it wich can be tough. Throw it into a food processor and chop it up nice and small is the way i like it add raisins orange juice for a sweetener as well as honey or agave necture and cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I personaly like it with curry and cloves instead of the nutmeg. Cloves also help to kill intestinal worms and have a wonderful chai flavor. The key here is to dehydrate the mixture untill crunchy, Throw dehydrated mixture into some freshly made almond milk, you can also add fresh ginger root to the almond milk and strain it for extra zing. Cloves and ginger toghether sigh.. love it. Did I mention to make it crunchy!
