A sweet recipe to make when you’re craving chocolate, can easily be frozen into ice cream.
2 Bananas, frozen
2 Dates, pitted
1 tablespoon Raw Almond Butter + Water or Nut Milk of your choice
.33 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon Fresh Mint to taste
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean
Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Make sure you add enough water/nut milk so that it blends smoothly. If you don’t have frozen bananas, you can freeze the smoothie afterwards or add ice cubes.
