This is perfect for Valentine’s Day, or any day!
½ recipe "Chocolate Ice Cream/Pie Filling"
1 cup raspberries
½ cup raw agave nectar
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Pour into my “Pie Crust” or a container and freeze. I have also made single servings by pressing the pie crust into paper cups about halfway up the sides and then pouring in the filling. It takes more time and a bigger batch of the crust, but they are beautiful and very convenient; they just pop out of the cup, or you can leave them in the cup to eat.
