I eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner or at every meal if I feel like it.
1 cup durian
5 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon shredded coocnut meat
Process frozen bananas in a food processor then add other ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. You can always add some filtered water or some coconut water to help mix everything thing up to a nice smooth consistency. If you want an even richer custard add 1 tsp of extra virgin coconut oil.
