Eat your green smoothie with a spoon!
5 Soaked (or soft) dates
4 tablespoon Lemon juice (optional)
1 Handfuls greens - cilantro, parsley, kale, whatever looks good
Throw everything in the food processor and process away. Adjust the measurements to your taste.
This works with any kind of fruit, I like apples and pears.
This is a nice change from a green smoothie – quick and easy. And it can be made in any simple food processor – you don’t need a super blender.
