Here’s another fun and yummny way to use pesto.
Pesto (Crisyn's stuffed mushroom recipe)
Halve two zucchinis and carve out their middles into boats. You might want to dehydrate them or wilt them, but I didn’t. Stuff with pesto. I incorporated the carved out zucchini back into the pesto – no sense wasting! I served it with some arugala on top. Makes a great appetizer.
