leftover almond pulp from making milk
Spread the pulp on teflex sheet in dehydrator. Dehydrate til its dry and crunchy.
Grind the dried pulp in a coffee grinder in batches and pass through a fine sifter. You’ll end up with fine and course flour. I put the two in different containers and keep them in the freezer. This flour is excellent for breads, cookies and other baked goods. It eventually adds up!
