Ingredients

1 slice Aloe leaf, Fillet
1 Hawaiian Papaya, De-seed
1 cup Tart Cherries, De-seed
1 tablespoon Spirulina
1 teaspoon Ancient Sun Crystal Manna
½ slice Lime, Squeezed

Recipe Directions

Throw all except lime into a blender on low-medium to keep it chunky and add a squirt of lime.

I don't know about laxative, but I have read that aloe is good for cleansing the colon.
