(I condensed this recipe to serve one)
1/4 an avocado
a tablespoon and a half of sunflower seed butter (I used homemade butter. you can get my recipe here: http://www.goneraw.com/recipe/basic-sunflower-seed-butter)
1 garlic clove, minced
You can also add dulse as Angela and Matt did, but I didn't have any.
Grate the cucumber with a cheese grater. Add the avocado, garlic and sunflower seed butter and mash up with your hands. Serve in crisp romaine and ENJOY the delicate flavors!
