I was low on food so I whipped this up with what I had available. This will tie me over until I can get to the Farmers’ Market in the morning!!!
2 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoon raw honey
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Grind flax seeds into powder. Add ground flax seeds and the rest of ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
