Angie’s Kiwi Banana Smoothie

Makes approx. 4-10 oz. ServingsThis is an adaptation of the berry smoothie in Ani Phyo’s Raw Kitchen. This can be adapted with other fruits or berries replacing the kiwi. Very versatile!
Ingredients:
3 cup water
½ cup raw cashews
2 ripe bananas
2 kiwis,
skinned
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3 cup baby spinach
2 pinch sprouts
1 vanilla
bean
3 large dates
Preparation:
Start by placing the dates, cashews, and water in the blender. Blend gently for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Vanilla bean may be added whole or you can add the seeds scraped from the bark only.
