Apple Carrot Ginger Green Smoothie

1The smoothie I put together for breakfast this morning came out pretty good!
Ingredients:
2 organic gala apples
1 small bag pre-washed organic spinach
8 ounces carrot
juice
2 ounces ginger juice, or to taste
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
2 cups filtered water
Preparation:
Wash and cut up apples. Place ingredients in this order in your vitamix and blend until smooth - about 1 minute. Enjoy the smoothie and all its nutrients!
