Asian-style Daikon noodles

serves 1 or 1Has a really delicious and authentic noodle flavour, so quick and easy to make, and SOOO delicious. i love it!
Ingredients:
1 Large Daikon Radish, spiralized into thin noodles
1 teaspoon nama shoyu or soy sauce
1 tablespoon cold-pressed sunflower
oil
1 dash agave or other sweetener
1 umeboshi plum (optional)

I have to say, i didn't think i'd like this at all, but it has since become a staple for me! Everything balances out really nicely! I don't use the Nama Shoyu at all, i just added some sea salt and it turned out really well!!! Thanks for adding this!

Elizabethh - this looks lovely and simple. Did you accidentally leave out the plum from your ingredients list? Just wondering if you used ume plums since I have some in my cubboards that I've been waiting to use in a good recipe.
