An incredibly quick and simple salad. Suits me perfectly! Just make sure you have some dulse on hand.
1 avocado, mashed
1 tomato, finely diced
½ cup dulse, rinsed and chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve on a bed of lettuce or your favorite sprouts. Also, you can roll it up in a nori sheet, for extra nutrients.
Last week, I made a salad like your's exept I put sauerkraut and varied sprouts. No tomatoes.
Super good, I added some shiso and it was fab!

oh my GOODNESS! This is SOOOOOOO good. I tried my first 3 raw food dishes today and was disappointed because all of my avocados were spoiled. I decided to walk to the store to get another and am SO glad that I did. I was going to chop up onions and add but I happened to taste it first and was blown away. I think this will be my FAVORITE dish- I don't know if it's possible for anything to top this. I rolled the salad with alfafa sprouts in Nori. DeLISH! How on earth was this dish discovered?
