yacon syrup tastes just like caramel & molasses in raw ice creams. finally, a raw organic syrup suitable for all raw dessert dishes!

Ingredients: 

2 frozen bananas – freeze in small pieces

2 soft dates – pitted

2 tbsp of organic raw yacon syrup

celery powder or kelp, to taste

Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients in food processor with S blade for 3-4 minutes or until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy. This is a very delicious and fun treat!
