I just threw these together without paying attention to amounts so feel free to adjust them to your liking. It gives me a great start to the day and keeps me going for hours!
1 frozen banana
.33 cup goji berries, soaked a few min
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup hemp seeds
½ peeled cucumber
2 cup milk of your choice
Blend well. I actually use 2 dates because they are small.
I've noticed that if I add too much cacao I get 'woozy' later in the day. Does anyone else have that problem?
