Banana Nut Pudding

3 Ripe Bananas, Peeled
1 Heaping tablespoon Raw Almond Butter
Cinnamon to taste
Pink Himmalayan Crystal to taste
I recomend using pretty ripe bananas as they are sweeter and easier to mash. I dont have a food processor but I bet it would make this much smoother! I do it sans electricity and mash the bananas and stir everything with a combination and rotation of spoon fork and knife. Each one helps in a differant way oddly enough. You can refrigerate it or eat it at room temp.
