Servings:
1 servingThis is the first recipe that I post here. I really needed something sweet, and I had 2 dark-brown bananas that I was thinking about throwing away. Decided to try to make a dessert instead, and it was so good I had to give you the accidental recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Mature Bananas
3 Dates
¼ Apple
8 Pecan
nuts
dash Agave Syrup
pinch Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cocoa
Preparation:
Simply cut up 2 bananas, 3 dates, the quarter of an apple and the 8 pecan nuts real small with a knife. Add cocoa, agave and vanilla and stir stir stir. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes to cool it a bit. I ate it all before I realized it was good enough to post the recipe, so unfortunately there is no photo. I’ll make it again soon and add a photo of that.

mmm, good idea, freezing the brown bananas. I need all ideas I can get to use up and store food, as organic stuff isn't cheap where I live.

Sounds good. I love bananas like that, but never throw them away! If you don't want to eat them immediately when they get this far - peel them, roughly chop and store in the freezer. You can then make fantastic ice cream with them or add them to smoothies.
