Basic Green Smoothie

2-4This is not a specific recipe, but it will help you get started making delicious and nutritious smoothies!
Ingredients:
Ingredients
2 part water
6 parts fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
4 parts greens (spinach, kale and collard greens are excellent choices but any green leafy veggie, even fresh herbs like cilantro or mint would be great too!)
Optional:
Ice
Flax or Hemp seed for omega-3s, DHA
Sweetner (Agave Nectar, Raw Honey or Stevia can be helpful if using less sweet fruits)
Preparation:
Blend with softest ingredients at the bottom. Enjoy!
