'Bear'muscli

Approx. 5-6 Cups or a Full Day of Snackingmakes breakfast on the go worth eating!
looking for cool topping on your little “hand feast”? Fresh Banana Slices!!
mixed with almond or mac nut butter, freez = becomes instant Cookie!
Ingredients:
2 cup Oatmeal (steelcut is good), throw into bowl
1½ cup organic Raisins, add
1 cup Fresh (better) Dried
Coconut, sprinkle in
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (grated good or cupboard), sprinkle
2 tablespoon Dates (any kind is great), chopped
2 teaspoon Raw honey (local) or Agave, Stir
In
1 cup Almonds, Walnuts, Macadamia (soaked 2 hrs.), chopped
1 cup Dried Pineapple or Apples (dehydrate), mix
Preparation:
Usually made without much attention to measurements, add whatever on hand and GO!

Thanks zhanna8 ! I actually tried the almond milk, leaked right through my fingers!
I know ... I'm stupid! ;>) This is one recipe that you can leave out any ingredient
or couple of'em and it still 'works'. Appreciate your checking it out. don
