Beet & Walnut Dip

Ingredients:
3cups shredded beet
1cup walnuts, soaked

cup diced onion
2T
garlic
2tsp salt
2T rosemary, dried

cup balsamic vinegar
2T olive oil
Preparation:
Add solid ingredients to food processor and mix until nearly smooth. With processor running, pour oil & vinegar combo down the feed tube until dip is uniform.
