I tried the meat sauce with the pork. I didn't use any of the sauce called for in that recipe. I just used dried, shredded mushrooms soaked in your sauce.

Wait, I'm confused :( Did you try my "meat sauce" or the pork? My recipe has cinnamon, not the pork one.

I tried this with the pulled "pork" yesterday. It was pretty good. I added 3/4 of a jalepeno and a little chili powder, and I omitted the basil. I love the cinnamon lurking amongst all the flavours. I cannot wait to give it a go with some zucchini noodles. Thanks for posting

I didn't particularly like the bbq sauce posted with it, and have been keeping an eye out for another. I ate it the same day my family did real pulled pork sandwiches, and the texture looked eerily similar.

Which one? Pulled pork sounds good. Well, raw pulled "pork" sounds good, anyways.

yummy - saving this one. It sounds like it would be good with the Pulled "Pork" recipe on this site.
