Ingredients:
1. 1 frozen banana; 2. half cup of blackberries (fresh or frozen); 3. 1 teaspoon of honey; 4. 2 table spoons of coconut or dried shredded coconut.
Preparation:
1. Process coconut (or shredded coconut) in food processor.
2. Add frozen banana and blackberries to processed coconut, process again.
3. Add honey and process again.
Ice cream is ready! Enjoy!
