blueberry ice cream

1. or 2 if you're nice enough to share.....soft serve style ice cream from the blender!i made this last weekend and it was just lovely…..
Ingredients:
1 pint frozen buleberries(fresh is best)
half an avocado
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup water, or as much needed to get things moving in the blender
Preparation:
just put everything in your blender and go!
k-tec: press the ice cream button
vita mix: go from low to high speeds
regular blender: maybe half freeze the blueberries, blend, then throw the lot in the freezer again to firm it up.
if it looks really stuck, add the tiniest bit of water to get it all moving.
