CRUST

1. Process until it forms a ball. You may need to scrape down a couple of times.

2. Press into pie pan and chill.

FILLING

3. Blend filling ingredients together.

4. Scoop filling into chilled crust.

5. Top with sliced strawberries and chill.

This pie is so yummy!

You may want to increase the sweetness as it doesn’t take much for me. Also I use yacon and it is too expensive for a “real” sweet tooth.

Filling is too thick to pour.

I froze mine for an hour or two and it was wonderful!

My granddaughter was too sick to eat but she enjoyed her whole piece of pie LOL. If she only knew how good it was for her LOL.
