1 cup dried apricots or 4 to 6 fresh apricots
2 fresh bananas
1 frozen banana
1 fresh apple
juice of 1 lemon
alternate putting the 2 fresh bananas,1 frozen banana, dried or fresh apricots, and the dried apple through a juicer with a blank plate, or use a blender.
add lemon juice to taste.
