breakfast groats

2 small onesthis is so chewy and good, it reminds me of scottish porrige/steel cut oats you could put a nut milk on this as well very filling and satisfying. I had blue berries in mine this Am and apples and cinnimon yesterday Am
Ingredients:
½ cup sprouted barley groats
¼ cup germinated sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon hemp
seeds
½ cup mixed fruit
sweeten & cinnamon & vanilla to taste
Preparation:
soak your barley groats over night drain and towel dry
mix well with all other ingredients
eat and enjoy
