This makes a large meal. Can be shared by two people or divided. Subsitute any "in season " fruits.Fruit salad with yogurt and hemp seeds !
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup grapes
1 cup strawberries
5 tablespoon
yogurt
5 tablespoon manitoba harvest hemp seeds
Preparation:
wash and clean fruits and cut into slices for easy eating. Add yogurt, then hemp seeds and ENJOY !

I make my own yogurt out of raw milk that I get from a local farmer. If you don't do dairy however, there is a good recipe for cashew yogurt on this site. It can also be made using other nuts if you'd prefer. Hope this helps.
