Yummy Breakfast parfait!
2-4 TB ground flax
handful of blueberries
1 small apple
sliced raw almonds
mash banana and flax. layer banana and flax in between the fruit and layer with almonds.
I've made this a few times now since you posted this recipe, and it is delicious! The perfect, non-smoothie breakfast!
