Breakfast Salad

1Something to try when you don't really want a smoothie.
Ingredients:
grapefruit
2 bananas
pear
greens
mixed veggies
raisins
Preparation:
In a large bowl, layer greens like spinach, and romaine- top with mixed chopped veggies like carrots, bell peppers, etc. Dice pear (or apple or whatever) and layer over top. Sprinkle raisins or other dried fruit over, if desired. End with half of
the grapefruit, chopped.
In blender, combine the rest of the grapefruit with the two bananas, to make a dressing (you could use half a lemon instead or in addition to grapefruit) and pour over salad. Very satisfying, and something different than the "usual".
