Recipe Directions

Harmonylia's Thoughts

Spicy refreshing side.

Has quite a kick, so if you prefer to down play the flavor, remove the seeds from the pepper or halve the pepper.

Wow!!! I made this for lunch tomorrow and couldn't resist having some tonight! Absolutely wonderful. I have never been a huge fan of ginger but the combination of ingredients in this is splendid. Thank you for a wonderful recipe. :)

I still need to get in touch with pianissima about the SAAG thing, it's getting so hot out here that this might just be the perfect side dish.

Ooooh pianissima, that sounds excellent. I love curry and garam masala, my hubby HATES it lol, but I'm the cook so I win. Do you have specific measurements or anything for the saag?

I'm so very happy it came out well for you! This last time I made mine with cauliflower and it was gone in two days. I love eating mine with nori like rolls, but what is spinach sagg??? I would love to know!

What a delightful recipe - and fairly quick to make, too. This is a fun find right before bbq season, as I imaging I'll be brining it with me to outdoor potlucks often. I'm using sesame seeds as the garnish.

I am so happy you liked it as much as I did. I absolutely polish off the entire batch in two days each time I make it. It's also my way of using the left overs in my fridge! :)
