Burgundy Beet Soup

2 small or 1 largeBurgundy Beet Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 zucchini
2 beets
1 small apple
1/4-1/3 cup almond milk (or whatever you
choose--this is just to give a little creaminess)
salt to taste
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
blend in high speed blender until smooth
