carob cream pie

Servings:
serve 6 to 8 peoplefabulous pie, creamy and rich. tastes way better than it looks!
Ingredients:
crust
2 cup shredded coconut
1 and 1/2 cups dates
filling
1 cup carob powder
2 avacados
½ cup agave nectar
pinch salt
½ teaspoon
cinnamon
¼ cup coconut
Preparation:
crust
1. put all the ingredients into food processor, till mixture holds together. push crust mixture into a pie pan and put aside…. i recomend you oil the pan first, i had some trouble with
the crust sticking
filling
1. place all ingredients into a food processor.
2. process until smooth and creamy
3. put filling in
crust
4. refrigerate for three hours
5. i like to top with coconut, makes it look pritty
last but not least enjoy!!!

Many people simply don't digest them well, like me. This looks great!

Looks great! orgafoodaddict...coconut is still considered a nut to those with allergies.do you just not eat them because of the high fat content?

It says '2 avocados' then '1 cup carob', then '2 avocados again'. Are there 4 avocadoes, or is it just a typo? It also lists '1 and 1/2 cups dates' twice.
