Cashew Cream Cheese

This goes great on the Whole Wheat Onion Bagels!
Ingredients:
2 cups cashews
1 1/4 cup water
Preparation:
Blend the cashews with just enough water to make the blender spin. Add small amounts as needed to achieve desired thickness. You may not use the whole 1 and 1/4 cups of water. Refrigerate.
