Anyone know if this frosting can keep well in the freezer? Maybe in a mason jar? I have so much left that I can't get through! Thanks!

I just made this and my non-raw girlfriend was licking the blender blades! She wanted me to make her a bowl of it - "cashew vanilla pudding." thanks!

5. I made this frosting to top
I made this frosting to top the cinnamon rolls and it was delicious! It's been three days and mine isn't pourable, but it's really soft and easy to spread. It's also a really good apple dip.
6. Mine has been pourable up to
Mine has been pourable up to 2 day it never last longer than that with my three kids. It is always on the thick side we like it that way, it still flows down the side of anything you put it on. Maybe try a little extra water or add water and
reblend for a more thin frosting.
7. this sounds delicious!! i
this sounds delicious!! i made those cinnamon rolls about a month ago and i loved them as well. i made a cashew coconut frosting (as far as i remember) and my only problem with it was that it thickened up a lot the next day. does yours remain pourable or do you have to scoop it with a spoon?
